Our Statistics for 2008-2009
At the present time there are more than 350 interracial children from Moscow and Moscow Region registered with «Metis.» The number of children has consistently risen since UWM began helping provide groceries to families.
Children from mixed-race marriages are in a category of high risk in Moscow. Many of them, abandoned by their fathers, and in some cases, by their mothers, are in children's homes.
